Daedalus Law is a NY Law Firm that helps clients rapidly, consistently and inexpensively negotiate high-volume, routine contracts (primarily investment NDAs). We negotiate thousands of NDAs per year and have a team of veteran corporate attorneys. We embrace work/life balance and are entirely virtual, with no geographic.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented certified paralegal attorney with experience reviewing and drafting corporate agreements, primarily NDAs. An ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years drafting and reviewing corporate transactions, especially for financial or investment clients. Also knowledge with KYC management is a plus.
