How You'll Create:

Seeking licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience in the music industry;
Strong background in negotiating and drafting music industry agreements, including recording, publishing, management, and distribution deals;
Experience handling copyright and trademark issues within the music industry;
Ability to CHARM any type of client you represent, personality is key!
Comfort conducting consultations with new clients;
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills;
