Description:

Cadwalader's Financial Services team is seeking an experienced attorney to support our leading practice in the securitization of municipal bonds in so-called “tender option bond” (or TOB) programs. We counsel several large sponsors (banks) and each client/program has its own unique features.
The right candidate does not need specific TOB experience, but they will have the following experience/skills:

familiarity with municipal bonds, securitization, lending or general debt financing,
knowledgeable/willing to learn complex legal issues,
strong organizational, communication and teamwork,
attention to detail, good with deadlines.

This is a non-partnership track opportunity and salary will be commensurate with experience. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $430,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
