Job Information:Open to the general public and any current Municipal employee.
This is an executive position (no union affiliation) and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor of A Government Entity.
Department: Municipal Attorney - Civil Law Division
Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences
- Graduation from an accredited school of law, must be admitted to the State of Alaska Bar Association, and four (4) years of experience as a Municipal Attorney I with A Government Entity or the equivalent elsewhere.
- Must possess a valid State of Alaska driver's license and satisfactory driving record at time of hire.
- Alaska Public Safety Information Network (APSIN) / National Crime Information Center (NCIC) certification within 30 days of hire.
