Our corporate practice group has an immediate opening for an attorney with experience in project development and transactions, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and related project documents. Ideal candidates will have experience advising on, drafting, and negotiating EPC contracts, project agreements, and other key transaction documents. Stellar academic credentials required and comparable law firm or in-house experience preferred. Candidates may reside in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. or Chicago.
