Winstead PC is seeking a 5 - 6 year associate for a position with our Real Estate Development and Investments (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Real-Estate-Development-Investments) group in Dallas. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, financing, structuring and development of mixed-use and other commercial real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate.
- Borrower Side Loan Experience: Experience in loan document negotiations and closing process.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
