Description:
A New York City's Oldest Law Firm's Charlotte office is seeking a Litigation Associate with at
least three years of law firm or government experience. Our ideal
candidate will have experience in general commercial, securities,
M&A- or corporate governance-related, or antitrust litigation; SEC
enforcement; or criminal and regulatory investigations, including
experience practicing with an AmLaw 100 law firm. Strong academics and
writing skills are a must, and a federal judicial clerkship is a
definite plus.
