The New York, Chicago, and Washington. offices of A Dynamic International Law Firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Fund Formation/Investment Funds team. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in the structuring and forming private investment funds, negotiating with fund investors and handling fund operational issues is required. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership at our fund manager clients and benefit from our uniquely collaborative work environment.
