An International Law Firm's Corporate & Financial Services Department is seeking a
mid-level or senior associate from a transactional practice at a top
U.S. law firm or in house role with renewable energy transactional
experience to join its top-tier, thriving group. Our platform provides
associates with an opportunity for early responsibility on complex
transactions. The candidate will join a team with significant deal flow
on a wide variety of matters and we are looking for associates that have
had some exposure to tax equity, M&A and debt financing structures.
The associate can work in NY, DC or Houston (and open to other offices
within the Firm). Salary: Willkie's Corporate & Financial Services
