Job Description:
The Atlanta office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with two to five years of experience for its fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.).
Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair).
Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
Experience preparing cases for trial.
Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.
