Our Tampa office is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate with 3-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation in state and federal courts, EEOC charges and investigations, employment counseling, workforce reductions, employment agreements, workplace policies, and advising clients on employee relations and compliance issues.

Candidates must have strong knowledge of Florida and federal employment laws, excellent research and writing skills, and a strong academic background. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Hearing, deposition, and class or collective action experience is a plus.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
