Summary:A Global Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position is open to our Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. offices. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds.
- Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles preferred.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Physical Demands:
