The Washington, DC office of A Multinational Law Firm Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois seeks an associate attorney with three (3) to five (5) years' experience advising companies on compliance matters, including anticorruption and trade-related matters, as well as a variety of other regulatory and enforcement matters. Experience conducting cross-border investigations regarding a broad set of compliance matters is also important, including experience conducting and managing email and document reviews, preparing for and conducting interviews, and synthesizing findings and legal conclusions for delivery to clients and regulators. Experience on matters before US regulators, including DOJ and SEC, is preferred.The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, communication and writing skills, and an ability and willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. Prior client-facing experience and ability to interface with and manage client relationships with partners is preferred. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the District of Columbia bar to apply.
