The Washington, D.C. office of An International Law Firm seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Energy & Clean Technology team. The position's primary objective will be to assist in supporting Holland & Knight's robust energy transaction pipeline across numerous offices. The ideal candidate will have experience with government-supported loan transactions and financings, be familiar with the energy and clean technology industry, and possess a desire to help shepherd transactions from inception to close and beyond. Experience in project management, government financing, government contracting, and program compliance, is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced environments.

This position may be filled in Washington, DC. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $260,000 – 365,000/yr. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
