Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region. We use a team approach to meet our clients' needs and our attorney teams bring deep legal knowledge, practical and innovative problem-solving, and a profound understanding of our clients' industries to each project we take on.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. A plus for candidates with experience assisting regulated industries.
Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar or eligible for reciprocity. California or Washington State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all A Law Firm that Expertise in Business Law & Commercial Litigation attorneys.
