You Are:
- A Stellar Attorney with At Least 4-6 Full Years' Experience in Commercial Litigation and Corporate Contracts and Transactions.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California and New York.
- Conscientious, Thorough and You Take the Accuracy of Your Work Seriously.
- Proactive, Driven and Good Under Pressure. You're Even a Little Competitive.

In This Role, You Would:
- Report to Our California Litigation Partner.
- Work from Our San Francisco Office.
- Delegate Tasks and Ensure Deadlines Are Met. Work with And Manage Junior Team Members Reporting to You.
- Have Varied Activities Including Multiple, Simultaneous Projects that Offer Learning Opportunities.
- Use Your Expertise-Based Problem-Solving Skills to Offer Innovative Solutions.
- Be Required to Have a High Degree of Specialized Expertise and Skill in Maintaining Established Standards of Quality and Accuracy. You Believe that Quality Should Never Be Compromised.
- Draft, Review and Revise Contracts or Agreements and Deliver Practical, Plain English Advice.
- Draft, Review, and Revise Demand Letters, Case Pleadings, and Motion Papers in Commercial Litigation Matters.
- Assist with All Substantive Aspects of Discovery, Including Drafting Discovery Requests and Responses, and Preparing for Depositions.
- Support Business Transactions by Preparing Ancillary Agreements and Reviewing Key Deal Terms to Help Close Matters Efficiently and Cleanly.
- Lead by Example: With Your Work Ethic, Your Drive for Success, and Positive Attitude.
- Be Involved in Client Development, Marketing and The Growth of The Firm.
