Description:

An established Central Oregon estate planning firm with a trusted local presence seeks a mid-level associate attorney who is ready to build roots in the region, serve clients with practical judgment and care, and help shape the firm's family law and civil litigation practices.

This role is well suited for an attorney who values the tradition of the “small town lawyer”: personable, competent, community-minded representation for clients navigating important legal matters. We are looking for a candidate with:

Minimum 3–4 years of family law experience.
Experience in general civil litigation, or a genuine interest in developing that practice area.
Licensed to practice law in Oregon, or eligible and willing to become licensed in Oregon.
A collegial, community-oriented approach to client service and professional relationships.
A desire to settle in Central Oregon, or an existing connection to the region.
Interest in long-term professional growth, leadership, and potential partnership.

Compensation will be based on experience and will include a base salary plus generous production-driven compensation. For the right candidate, an immediate partnership-level position is available.
