You Are:
A Stellar Attorney with At Least 4-6 Full Years' Experience in Employment Law. Licensed to Practice Law in California (new York License a Plus). Conscientious, Thorough and You Take the Accuracy of Your Work Seriously. Proactive, Driven and Good Under Pressure. You're Even a Little Competitive. Eager to Learn and Improve on The Job, so You Are Receptive to Feedback. Polished, Poised, Practical, Energetic and You Have a Strong Work Ethic.

In This Role, You Would:

Report to The Head of The Employment Department.
Work from Our Los Angeles or California Office.
Have Varied Activities Including Multiple, Simultaneous Projects that Offer Learning Opportunities.
Use Your Expertise-Based Problem-Solving Skills to Offer Innovative Solutions.
Be Required to Have a High Degree of Specialized Expertise and Skill in Maintaining Established Standards of Quality and Accuracy. You Believe that Quality Should Never Be Compromised.
Advise Employers on Day-To-Day Workplace Issues and Deliver Practical, Plain English Advice.
Draft, Review, and Revise Demand Letters, Complaints, and Motion Papers in Employment-Related Disputes.
Assist with All Substantive Aspects of Employment Disputes, Including Agency Submissions, Drafting Discovery Requests and Responses and Preparing for Depositions.
Draft and Update Contracts, Handbooks and Other Employment-Related Agreements and Help Clients Implement Compliant Workplace Practices.
Lead by Example: With Your Work Ethic, Your Drive for Success, and Positive Attitude.
Be Involved in Client Development, Marketing and The Growth of The Firm.
