Required Experience:
- 2+ years defense litigation experience
- Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Pennsylvania Courts is a must
- Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York or Delaware is a plus!
