- J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New York.
- 3-6 years of experience handling family and matrimonial law matters in NYC Law Firm.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

- Independently manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, and spousal support, and equitable distribution matters.
- Conduct client consultations, legal research, and case strategy development.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case.
