Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. This includes drafting legal motions, representing clients in court, conducting trials and depositions, and providing legal counsel and advice.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law, legal procedures, and regulations
- Experience in drafting legal motions and conducting legal research
- Ability to represent clients in various courts and handle trials
- Experience in conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- License to practice law in Maryland and DC
- Extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation is required
