An Accountants Professional Liability Law Firm is seeking Junior, Senior and Appellate medical malpractice attorneys to join its New York metropolitan area health care litigation practice.Candidates should have 1-10 years of relevant litigation experience that includes medical malpractice litigation. The candidate must have strong writing skills, the ability to work independently and experience communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Writing samples are required upon application. The ability to handle aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as interviewing witnesses, providing and reviewing discovery, reviewing and analyzing medical records, drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, client reporting, and attending court appearances is also required. Candidates must also possess strong academic credentials. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New York is mandatory.
