Job Summary:Our firm currently has an opening for an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their personal injury/medical malpractice team in DC and Maryland, representing clients with medical malpractice matters in the DC metropolitan area. This is a perfect opportunity to join a firm with an established team of passionate individuals that are committed to upholding high standards of representation and customer service. This is an in-office position (D.C.).
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of prior medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience with the rules and procedures of local jurisdictions.
- Proficiency handling high volumes of cases.
- Must be an active member and in good standing with the Maryland Bar (DC preferred).
- Experience with discovery, depositions, and trial support.
