- Advise and guide clients on claims including traumatic brain injuries, nursing home abuse, and surgical errors.
- Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.
- Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management.
- Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Licensed in New York State.
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience.
- Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.
