A Florida's Leading Defense Firm seeks a Medical Malpractice attorney. Our Medical Malpractice group provides counseling and legal services to hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers when claims are brought for negligence, personal injury, or wrongful death.Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Have 3-5 years of medical malpractice experience
