Description:

The right candidate will love this position because of the opportunity to specialize. You are going to focus on an inch-wide niche of law and go at least a mile deep. Within the first few months, you'll have more experience in this particular area than any Arizona attorney outside our law firm. On top of that, you'll have an opportunity to earn over total compensation of over 150k if you do well.

The ideal candidate has:
  • Compassion for others and the desire to do the right thing.
  • Integrity and the willingness to fight for the truth.
  • Strong analytical and technical abilities.
  • Fast, but carefully thought-out results.
  • Poise and confidence.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Control of the work process from beginning to end.
  • Positive response to pressure.
  • Autonomy to complete your work without soliciting the feedback of others.
  • Pride in maintaining high standards of work.
  • A competitive spirit, one that understands that the most important competition is the one you have with yourself... You'll constantly be pushing yourself to be better.

Why Us?
  • The job is fully remote.
  • We pay above-market salary.
  • We will thoroughly train you in the relevant areas of real estate law to quickly become an expert in a narrow field few lawyers focus on.
  • We have this position ready for anyone who is looking for a chance to specialize.
  • You will develop substantial expertise in a narrow area.
  • After a few months, you can expect to have more experience in this niche than most twenty-year lawyers.
  • You can avoid the billable hours grind.

This firm sells mediation services in a non-hourly package. So the most important metrics will be the number of cases resolved, time to resolution, and percentage of successful settlements. In other words, you will get evaluated on how many mediations you handle and whether you are successful, rather than on how much time you burn.

You can earn a solid six-figure (100K+) income without grinding big firm hours. We have substantial quarterly bonuses available to every employee who is meeting KPIs. And we will be able to offer you insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.

Most importantly, you will be on a career path that lets you fight fraud with all the skill and creativity you can muster.
