The Mass Torts group is seeking an entry-level associate (either Class of 2027 or a judicial clerk finishing their term) to be based in the Boston, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices to join in Fall 2027. As an associate, you will work collaboratively with cross-office teams on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters involving multidistrict litigations, state coordinated actions, and complex product liability defense. This role offers hands-on opportunities to develop advanced litigation skills, including brief writing, discovery management, expert and fact development, and deposition and trial preparation.
