We seek a Mass Tort Litigation Associate for our Boston, MA office. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients.Qualifications:
- One (1) to Three (3) years of mass tort experience
- Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered
- Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
- Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
- Massachusetts bar admission is required, Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus
