Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Marital and Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of marital and family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, paternity, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client goals.
- Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes when possible.
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences.
- Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients while managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely case management records.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- years of experience practicing family law preferred.
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,207.95 - $150,798.82 per year
