Position Summary:
In this role you will lead our legal support for the developed of products and services related to our new healthcare technology services subsidiary, Health100. You and your team will proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other CVS Health attorneys and partners on matters related to healthcare legal issues and regulatory compliance.
As a member of the Legal team, you will gain experience working with a dynamic in-house legal department and play a key role in supporting the business. You will recommend practical and sound advice to internal clients on legal issues related to business objectives and take an active role in driving projects to final result. This position involves mentoring, training and overseeing the work of legal professionals.
Major Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of legal experience with a law firm, healthcare company or health system focused on issues related to healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations including one or more of the following: Federal and State False Claims Act, Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statute, State insurance and healthcare law
- Experience supporting businesses with online platforms providing regulated services.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with aspects of healthcare related to provision of health care, or pharmacy services.
- Familiarity with privacy laws such as HIPAA and state consumer privacy.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex services agreements
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as a team player.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and drive.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
