Successful applicant will head up our growing Federal Court division in a boutique law firm concentrating exclusively on SSI and Social Security Disability Insurance benefits claims.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, skilled attorney to oversee the department and perform all legal duties connected with our Federal Court practice including legal research, drafting pleadings, seeking attorneys fees, negotiating with OGC and advising clients. This is a unique opportunity for a salaried position with bonus incentives, leading to future partnership and revenue sharing. Extensive prior experience with social security disability claims in Federal Court preferred.
