What You'll Do:
As our Managing Attorney, you'll play a key role in representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You'll:
  • Oversee legal operations in Louisiana, including attorneys and support staff
  • Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
  • Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin matters
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to legal staff
  • Partner with firm leadership to implement process improvements and meet performance goals
  • Attend court hearings and manage complex litigation strategy as needed

What you bring:
  • Licensed in Louisiana
  • 7+ years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditors' rights law
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a legal setting
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational and compliance acumen
  • High degree of professionalism and client service orientation
  • Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain is a plus
