We are seeking a Managing Attorney to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Alpharetta office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. To be successful in this role, the Managing Attorney will:
- Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Alpharetta office.
- Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support.
- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.
- Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
