Description:
A Dynamic International Law Firm is looking to hire a Junior Associate with healthcare
regulatory experience to join its Managed Care team. This industry
focused team represents the leading managed care companies throughout
the United States in a wide range of cutting-edge matters, including
(among others) regulatory and compliance issues for commercial health
plans, Medicare Advantage organizations, and Medicaid managed care
organizations, as well as false claims act cases and governmental
investigations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of healthcare
regulatory and compliance experience representing health insurers and
various healthcare entities. OMS experience is a plus.
