BPE Law Group is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing real estate and business practice in Gold River, California. What You'll Do:
This role combines litigation and transactional work, offering variety and meaningful client engagement across a broad range of business and real estate matters.

Litigation Responsibilities

Law and motion practice
Brief writing and legal research
Court appearances
Mediation preparation and participation
Discovery and case strategy
Direct client communication and counseling

Transactional Responsibilities

Contract drafting and negotiation
Business and real estate agreements
Risk analysis and issue spotting
Transaction support and due diligence
Advising clients on practical business solutions

What We're Looking For:

Active California Bar license required
2–5 years of litigation and/or transactional experience
Strong legal writing and research abilities
Experience handling law and motion work independently
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
Strong analytical skills and practical business judgment
Interest in developing a long-term practice representing small businesses and individuals
Self-starter mentality with a collaborative approach
Experience in real estate litigation, business litigation, commercial transactions, or real estate transactions is highly valued.
