Job Description: Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities-

Serve as a Boston market leader driving revenue and team growth.
Serve as an in-office leader, working to build culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across professionals in various roles, cities, offices, and regions.
Collaborate with executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategy.
Make improvement recommendations to other partners and firm leadership.
Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

Qualification Requirements:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience
1st chair family law experience, and experience handling complex litigation matters.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
