Hassett | Donnelly is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join its Massachusetts practice in either its Boston or Worcester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a trial-ready attorney to handle sophisticated defense matters, work with a collaborative team, and grow within a well-established regional litigation firm.Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience handling complex defense matters through trial, including premises liability, trucking and transportation, liquor liability, construction losses, and wrongful death or catastrophic injury cases.
- Strong academic credentials required.
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts required.
- Admission to multiple states or a desire to gain admission in additional states is preferred, but not required.
- No book of business required.
