The Richards, Layton & Finger Litigation Department seeks an associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business and commercial litigation to join our Firm. The candidate will represent regional and national clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Typical clients include local, national and international manufacturing, technology, financial, health care and pharmaceutical companies and non-profit organizations. All applicants must possess strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills and a pro-active nature.Delaware bar admission is not required, but if a successful candidate is not admitted in Delaware, they will be required to take the Delaware bar exam at the first opportunity.
