Litigation Attorney / Trial Attorney
The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz

Southfield, Michigan | On-site | Full-Time

High-Level Auto Negligence Work | Performance-Based Compensation | Strong Case Flow

Are you a litigation attorney who wants your compensation tied to your results, not internal politics?

Do you want serious auto negligence work, steady case flow, and the opportunity to grow inside a structured, respected firm where you can focus on litigation instead of marketing, self-promotion, or client acquisition?

The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz is seeking a Litigation Attorney / Trial Attorney to handle plaintiff-side auto negligence matters in Michigan. This role is built for attorneys who are self-directed, motivated by results, capable of exercising sound legal judgment, and ready to take ownership of meaningful litigation work.

This is not a role for someone who wants to build a book of business or spend time chasing clients. The firm provides substantial case flow, strong operational infrastructure, and leadership support so attorneys can focus on moving cases forward, advocating for clients, and producing strong results.

There is no artificial ceiling on compensation. High-performing attorneys have the opportunity to earn at the top of the market, and senior attorneys at the firm earn in the seven-figure range.
