Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases across multiple practice areas, including consumer litigation, class actions, intellectual property, breach of contract, and more. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex litigation processes while supporting our commitment to justice and client advocacy.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and oversee all phases of litigation from inception through resolution across various legal practice areas.
  • Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis, and other research tools to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity.
  • Develop case strategies through negotiation, settlement discussions, or courtroom advocacy to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance on legal options related to their cases.
  • Maintain meticulous records of case files, court filings, correspondence, and litigation activities in the law office management system.
  • Stay current on evolving laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance and effective representation.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid license to practice law Florida.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid litigation experience
  • Excellent writing, sharp analysis, and strategic thinking
  • Proactive communication, no surprises for the team or the client
  • Clear, timely time entries and billing transparency

Pay: $92,521.84 - $111,424.15 per year
