Property Management Law Solutions, PLLC is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing property law practice. PMLS represents landlords, property managers, apartment communities, real estate investors, and property owners throughout Florida in litigation, risk mitigation, and property-related legal matters.

We are looking for an attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience who is capable of managing cases with confidence, communicating effectively with clients, and advocating strongly in court. The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, motivated, and comfortable handling matters in both state and federal court.

Practice Areas:
Our ideal candidate should have experience handling and working substantially with matters involving:

Real estate and property litigation, including partition, foreclosure, quiet title, ejectment, unlawful detainer, and related property disputes
Residential and commercial evictions
Landlord-tenant litigation
Fair housing issues and compliance
Risk mitigation for landlords, property managers, apartment communities, and property owners
Civil litigation in state and federal jurisdictions

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Appear in court for hearings, evidentiary matters, mediations, and trials
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and team members
Evaluate legal issues, case strategy, defenses, exposure, and risk mitigation options
Assist property managers, landlords, and property owners with practical legal solutions
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and client communications
Record time accurately and manage workload efficiently

Required Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
Experience in Florida state court litigation
Experience handling or assisting with federal court litigation
Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
Excellent client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Professional judgment and ability to identify litigation risk

Preferred Experience:
Preferred candidates will have experience representing landlords, property managers, apartment communities, real estate investors, mortgage lenders, associations, businesses, or property owners in litigation or risk-related matters.

Extensive experience with evictions, real estate disputes, fair housing issues, code enforcement issues, post-foreclosure possession matters, and property-related civil litigation is strongly preferred.
