About the Job: We are looking for a well-qualified attorney with at least three year's experience with sophisticated Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases and/or complex commercial litigation. People that have found this job to be an ideal fit in the past have been people with at least three years of experience with a large law firm, another top-rated smaller boutique firm, but wanted to reduce hours to part-time.Responsibilities:
- Assist with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and with Chapter 11 Reorganizations throughout the United States.
- Legal research and writing.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Work closely with lead attorneys.
- Assist with client contact.
Qualifications:
- Member, in good standing of the Connecticut Bar and eligible for admission to U.S. District Court.
- Demonstrated Superior legal research and writing skills.
- Drive to advocate for others.
- Commitment to professionalism and the ethical practice of law.
