Description:A Business & Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation attorney to join the Firm's Green Bay or Appleton office. Successful candidates will be licensed in Wisconsin and have five to seven years of civil litigation experience. Prior background with financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law is preferred. Solid skills in legal research and brief writing are a must. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required. Candidates should have litigation experience in conducting discovery and presenting oral arguments. Some trial and appellate experience is preferred.
