We're looking for motivated and experienced attorneys to join our growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral litigation attorney with 2 plus years of experience looking to develop their practice in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and/or transactional matters.
- Collaborate with shareholders and staff on complex matters.
- Contribute to business development and firm-wide initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 2 or more years of experience in private practice
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience handling client matters independently
- Demonstrated interest or background in Civil Litigation and/ or one or more the Firm's other practice areas of: Business, Real Estate, Estates, Municipal, Employment, Family, or Bankruptcy.
