About the role:We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience and a strong background in litigation, complemented by knowledge in tax, trusts & estates, business, and commercial law, to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be a skilled advocate with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands and responses, and legal memoranda
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Develop and execute case strategy and manage workflow with minimal supervision
- Communicate and coordinate directly with opposing counsel, courts, experts, and third parties
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation and advisory matters
- Support tax, trust, estate planning, and estate administration matters as needed
- Provide practical, business-minded advice aligned with client objectives

Desired Qualifications:
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (active, in good standing); licensure in New York, or eligibility to waive in, is a plus
- 3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy ability
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience or exposure to tax, trusts & estates, business, and commercial law
- Prior experience with complex litigation and multi-party disputes
- Proven track record drafting substantive legal documents
