Description:
We're seeking an exceptional candidate with at least five (5) years of experience in civil litigation, including a strong track record of managing litigated cases from inception to resolution. This includes taking and defending depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, communicating with clients and other counsel, and working cases up for trial or arbitration. Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional legal research and writing abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will also be proactive, organized, and skilled at working individually and collaboratively.
