Litigation Attorney (Rhode Island Licensed Required | Massachusetts Admission or Willingness to Obtain)Our growing litigation department seeks a motivated attorney to join our team and take an active role in cases across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
This is not a back-office role—you'll be in court, handling substantive work, and building real experience from day one. If you're looking for meaningful responsibility, trial exposure, and the ability to grow your own practice, this is a strong opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Participate in trial strategy and active trial work
- Communicate directly with clients and develop lasting relationships
Practice areas include:
- General Civil Litigation
- Real Estate Litigation
- Estate & Probate Litigation
- Personal Injury Litigation
What We're Looking For:
- Active Rhode Island law license (required)
- Massachusetts license or willingness to obtain admission
- Litigation experience (trial experience strongly preferred, but not required)
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
