Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, a preeminent Upstate New York firm, is seeking a Litigation attorney for its Syracuse office. The Litigation Group is the firm's largest, and candidates should be willing to handle a broad range of general liability defense matters (e.g., construction, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, etc.). The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience. Insurance Defense and/or Professional Liability experience is preferred, though not required. Salary range: $100K – 130K, plus bonus potential tied to performance metrics.
The above salary range is the good faith range for this position at the firm at the time of posting. Final determination of compensation will incorporate a number of factors, including, but not limited to relevant experience and qualifications.
