Description:
A Sherman Oaks Personal Injury Lawyer, a Sherman Oaks based plaintiff's personal injury law firm, is looking to add an experienced trial lawyer/litigation attorney to our team. The optimal experience level for this position would be three or more years of personal injury litigation/trial work. Interest and passion in personal injury work is preferred. Having worked at a defense firm is a plus and welcomed.The job will require the applicant to handle all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, taking and defending depositions, managing deadlines, discovery, preparing a case for trial, and all other aspects of a personal injury litigation practice. The applicant must be able to take a proactive approach to litigating cases and have the experience and ability to litigate personal injury cases from initial filing through trial. Position will include a competitive salary, bonuses based on business generated, benefits, and discretionary performance based bonuses.
