Description:
Becker & House, PLLC is a boutique law firm in North Scottsdale specializing in trusts and estates, including planning, administration and litigation. We are seeking a full-time litigation attorney to join our growing litigation team.We litigate many kinds of trust and estate controversies, including involving financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, undue influence, and fiduciary malfeasance. We are looking for a litigation associate to assist our partners with all aspects of cases, including legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Deposition and trial experience is not required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (estate and trust litigation preferred but not required)
- No book of business required
- Arizona licensure not required at the time of hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and related Office programs
What we offer:

Starting salary: DOE (not less than $130,000 for candidates meeting the experience requirement)
Health insurance: 100% of employee premiums covered after 60 days, plus $250/month HSA contribution
401(k): eligibility after one year with a 6% firm match
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Billable goal: 1,600 hours per year. This includes non-client time spent participating in bar organizations, writing articles for publication, attending networking events, and similar activities.
